Mr. Dong obtained his Master’s degree from the Xiamen University School of Law and is currently a Senior Partner at Dacheng Law Offices. He is well versed in the operation and management of large state-owned enterprises, strategic investment, risk control, and state-owned asset supervision systems. His practice focuses on litigation and non-litigation legal services relating to real estate and construction projects, energy and mining, investment and mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and supply chain logistics.

For many consecutive years, Mr. Dong and his team have provided legal services to domestic and overseas listed companies, state-owned enterprises, large corporate groups, and foreign-invested enterprises in connection with investment and M&A, development and construction, operation and management, and dispute resolution projects in sectors including real estate, construction engineering, energy and mining, cultural tourism, education, security and intelligent systems, supply chain management, and logistics. Mr. Dong has successfully represented numerous major commercial litigation, arbitration, and enforcement cases heard by the Supreme People’s Court of China, the Fujian High People’s Court, and the Xiamen Arbitration Commission. One of the cases he represented before the Supreme People’s Court — the second-instance third-party objection to enforcement action case ((2015) Min Yi Zhong Zi No. 150) — was selected for inclusion in the 6th issue of the 2016 Gazette of the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China as a classic precedent case.

His academic research paper, Analysis of Rights, Responsibilities, and Risk Prevention in Movable Property Financing Supervision Business Conducted by Third-Party Logistics Providers, won the First Prize in a research project competition organized by the China Society of Logistics.
