Jinquan Xiao, an outstanding lawyer, serves as the Party Secretary of Dentons, and is a Senior partner of Dentons Beijing Office.

       As a pioneer advocator and one of the most distinguished professionals of China in the field of investment, merger and acquisition, Mr. Xiao is expert in the field of providing strategic project scheme for big-sized corporations, restructuring of state-owned enterprises, merger and acquisition, reforming of assets and debts, analyzing legal risks for investment, international financing, resource integration and financing and other commercial legal issues. He provides policy consultancy for State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and National Development and Reform Commission and Research Center of State Council. Mr. Xiao also served and serves as the external director of China National Agricultural Development Group Co., ltd. and Sinochem Group, assigned by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.  

       Mr. Xiao also serves as an independent director of China National Fisheries Corporation (listed company, 000798), and a visiting professor of Beijing Technology and Business University, an adjunct professor at Central University of Finance and Economics and the University of Political Science and Law, a council member of Beijing Communist Party Building Association, and a research fellow at Beijing Normal University. Mr. Xiao was also appointed as an independent director of Shinhan Financial Group (China) for 5 years.
