Mr. Liu Junbo, a Mechanical Engineering major’s engineer, graduated from Chongqing University with a Bachelor's Degree in 1992. Furthermore he studied in Yunnan University for a full-time Master's Degree in Law and acquired the degree. Mr. Liu Junbo is the senior partner of Beijing Dacheng (Kunming) Law Offices as well as the leader of an intellectual property and science & technology innovation group. Currently he is the vice-chairman of Intellectual Property Commission of Kunming Lawyers' Association, the vice-director of the Copyright Board of Yunnan Intellectual Property Society, as well as the arbitrator of Kunming Arbitration Commission and Pu'er International Arbitration Commission.
