Dr. Shi is a senior partner at Dacheng Shanghai, he is a PhD in economic a postdoctoral fellow in law. He is a certified public accountant and a certified tax agent in China. He previously worked in a large local commercial bank, one of “Big 4” accounting firms, and a securities company. With more than 20 years’ experience in legal practice, he is especially adept at delivering a full range of legal services for his clients through his combined expertise in economic and finance and tax law.
