Ms. Liu Graduated from the Department of Trade Economics of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1992, She entered a large state-owned enterprise to engage in international trade business in the same year. She passed the first national judicial examination in 2002, and practiced in Yunnan Liu Hule Law Firm and Yunnan Beichuan Law Firm successively. Now she is a partner lawyer of Beijing Dacheng (Kunming) Law Firm.

Ms. Liu is listed in the list of the national thousands of foreign lawyers, and is an expert of the Expert Committee of South Asia and Southeast Asia Legal Service Center of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (Yunnan). She has abundant legal experience in cross-border investment, foreign investment , international trade. She has been responsible for many important overseas large-scale investment , provides long-term legal services for government departments and many large state-owned enterprises, provides legal support for government decision-making, enterprise investment decision-making, risk prevention and control; at the same time, she serves as the liquidation manager of bankrupt  enterprise, has strong legal service ability in forced liquidation and self-liquidation, good at handling various complex and difficult matters.
