Qiu Pei is a Senior Partner of Dacheng Shanghai Office and previously served as Leader of the Private Equity and Venture Capital (PE&VC) Sector and the Head of the Capital Market Department.
Qiu Pei studied finance and law at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and the University of Edinburgh, and obtained the Chinese Lawyer Qualification in 2005.
