Ms Chen Qin worked at the Panzhihua Municipal Reform Commission of Sichuan Province, the Sichuan Provincial Reform Commission and the Sichuan Provincial Economic Commission. Then she served as general manager in the investment banking department of Shenzhen SAR Securities Company (which is now merged into China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd.) and the investment banking department of Huatai Securities in Shenzhen. He is now a senior partner of Beijing Dacheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm, a Dacheng kernel lawyer, and the deputy director of the Dacheng Capital Market Specialized Committee.
She has provided securities legal services for the acquisition of China Huayuan Group by China Resources Group, the reorganization of Jilin Pharmaceutical Company Limited (000545), the major asset reorganization of Sichuan Danfu Refrigeration and Compressor Company Limited (002366), and also provided dozens of Venture Capital Enterprises and Private Equity Funds such as Tiantu Capital and SZCIC with legal due diligence, negotiation, and writing legal documents (e.g., the Shenzhen Municipal Government).
