Mr. Jiang Rongqing Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law, a postgraduate degree in International and Comparative Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management from the University of Hong Kong.
With nearly 30 years of deep cultivation in international engineering legal services, Mr. Jiang focuses on infrastructure and energy & resources. He is dedicated to providing full life-cycle legal services for projects - including investment, financing, construction, and operation - specializing in compliance management, risk prevention, and dispute resolution, with distinguished experience.
The following projects handled by Mr. Jiang were awarded "Deal of the Year" by China Business Law Journal and Legal Daily: (a) Ecuador Mirador Copper-Gold Mine Project, (b) Indonesia Jawa 7 Coal-Fired Power Station Project, (c) Cambodia Siem Reap Angkor International Airport Project, (d) Indonesia Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway Project.
The following cases represented by Mr. Jiang were selected by the Supreme People's Court as "Belt and Road" Typical Cases and included in the court's case database: (a) India GMR Coal-Fired Power Station Project Independent Guarantee Fraud Dispute, (b) Bolivia Montero-Bulo Bulo Railway Project Independent Guarantee Fraud Dispute.
