Mr. Liu Shijie, who has legal professional qualification, lawyer practice qualification, corporate legal advisor qualification, securities practitioner qualification, independent director qualification (SSE/Shenzhen Stock Exchange), arbitrator qualification, military secrecy qualification, copyright broker qualification, and the first batch of lecturer qualification of commercial account manager training program, etc., is a lawyer dedicated to areas such as corporate, capital markets and construction engineering legal services. Mr.Liu has studied at the School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law of China University of Political Science and Law, the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (Department/Institute of Law), and the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Master's degree in Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, and a PhD in Business Administration Philosophy.  Mr.Liu entered the legal profession in December 2002 and has been with Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP since December 2006.
