Introduction

Peter Wang has rich experiences advising clients in the areas of Cross-border transactions (FDI/Out-bound investment/Global supply chains/Infrastructures), mergers and acquisitions, international arbitration (ICC, HKIAC, KLRCA, CIETAC, BAIC), and general corporate matters, and he has accumulated hands-on expertise in safeguarding the interests of both Chinese and western clients in the constantly changing business world today.

Prior to joining Dacheng (大成)in 2013, Peter Wang devoted years of his early practice in a renowned Swiss law firm (Wenger & Vieli) and then a US based globle firm Squire & Sanders. It was during those days he was not only trained to think and work with Swiss-precision, but also take on the vision and nerve of a fighting New York lawyer. He worked, lived and studied in China, in Europe and in north America, and certainly made friends too with all kinds of interesting people from his RotbuchStrasse neighborhood to Morningside Height young lads, and from retired supreme court Justice of Johannesburg to abattoir owner amigos in Buenos Aires. Peter Wang has exposures, at different levels, to Chinese laws, EU laws and American laws, thanks to his four legal degrees received from Peking University, Zurich University and Columbia University. He was admitted to the PRC Bar and the Bar of the State of New York.
