Raymond is a senior partner of 大成 Dacheng Law Offices LLP based in Beijing specializing in cross border dispute resolution. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb) and a member of ICC Belt and Road Commission. He is recognized in Chambers Global and Greater China as highly recommended international arbitration lawyer. He has dealt with many international arbitration cases, both commercial and investor-state, in ad hoc, BAC, CIETAC, HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SCC, SIAC and VIAC proceedings.

Raymond started his career in 1992 at an Intermediate People’s Court as a commercial judge, experience that has contributed significantly to his success as a leading counsel and arbitrator.

Raymond joined the PRC bar in 1995 and acts as counsel and arbitrator with a broad international and Chinese construction and commercial practice. He has represented both domestic and international clients in all the main international institutions and the High Courts and Supreme Court of the PRC.
