Zhu Zhongyou graduated from the Law School of Jilin University with a Juris Master Degree. He has been pra-ctising law since 1996 and has been in practice for 28 years. Zhu Zhongyou is now a senior partner of Beijing Dacheng Law Firm, a founding partner of Beijing Dacheng (Hefei) Law Firm, the Secretary General of the 10th Beijing Lawyers Association Mergers and Acquisitions and Disposal of Non-performing Assets Committee, and an arbitrator of Hefei Arbitration Commission.
