2021年1月27日，润世华新能源控股集团有限公司（润世华控股集团）与深圳市通用氢能科技有限公司（通用氢能）成功举行投资合作协议签约仪式。

通用氢能是一家由工程院院士、教授、博士作为核心团队创办的氢燃料电池研发公司，目前在气体扩散层、质子交换膜、膜电极、电堆等氢燃料电池核心产品制造方面拥有国际先进技术。润世华控股集团是一家在风能投资、开发、建设、运营维护领域拥有丰富经验并快速发展的民营企业，拥有EPC资质，也是澳大利亚麦格理金融集团在中国风能领域唯一合作伙伴。

对通用氢能的本次投资将实现润世华控股集团与通用氢能在未来战略与产业链发展上的强强联手，有效推进氢燃料电池产业的快速发展，为中国绿色能源高效发展贡献力量。

On January  27, 2021, Runshihua New Energy Holding Group Co. Ltd (“Runshihua Holding”) and Shenzhen General Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd (“General Hydrogen”) successfully held a signing ceremony, during which the investment and cooperation agreement was signed by the aforementioned parties.

General Hydrogen, a hydrogen fuel cell R&D company founded by a team led by academician of the Academy of Engineering, professors and PhDs, has internationally advanced technologies in the manufacture of core hydrogen fuel cell products such as gas diffusion layers, proton exchange membranes, electrolyte membranes, and electronic stacks. Runshihua Holding, a  private enterprise with rich experience and rapid development in the fields of wind energy investment, development, construction, operation and maintenance, and holding EPC qualification in China,is the only partner of Macquarie Group Limited in China in the field of wind energy.

This investment is expected to strengthen the cooperation between Runshihua Holding and General Hydrogen in the future strategy and industrial chain development, which will effectively promote the development of the hydrogen fuel cell industry and contribute to the rapid development of Chinese green energy industry.
